The Zephyr Station Story
Where It All Began
Our roots run deep in the small town of Zephyr, nestled in the rolling hills of the countryside. Our current journey began in 1877, a pivotal year when the Lake Simcoe Junction Railway arrived, carving a path for new adventures and connections.
Our Partnership with the Bee
I began my beekeeping business just a stone’s throw from the old station, nurturing hives that thrive in the surrounding landscape. We view each hive as a world of its own, home to thousands of diligent workers. We treat our bees not just as workers, but as beloved partners in our mission to produce the finest honey.
